Our team

Jen Le Coguic, PT, DPT

Dr. Jen (she/her) is a pelvic health physical therapist with extensive experience treating pelvic floor dysfunction, with a special passion for treating chronic pelvic pain for both women and men. She holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. She has completed extensive training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and the Barral Institute, as well as advanced training in pain neuroscience, integrative women’s health coaching, visceral mobilization, and interstitial cystitis care.

Jen’s approach focuses on the whole person through an inclusive and trauma-informed lens. She works to improve symptoms while addressing underlying drivers- using manual therapy, patient education, health coaching, and home programs to help patients gain independence and long-term results. Her care considers lifestyle factors, biopsychosocial influences, and pain neuroscience to support lasting improvement.

She is passionate about making a real difference in patients’ lives and teaching the next generation of pelvic health therapists. She loves helping people feel empowered to care for their bodies and raising awareness about pelvic health for both women and men.

Outside the clinic, Jen enjoys spending time with her kids, exploring nature, listening to podcasts, reading, and learning new skills like pottery.

Anna Kimura, PT, DPT

Dr. Anna (she/her) is a pelvic health physical therapist who specializes in chronic pelvic pain and sexual dysfunction. She holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and is certified as an integrated and pelvic floor dry needling therapist, Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and has advanced training in pelvic floor rehabilitation through the Herman & Wallace Institute.

Anna takes a whole-body approach to care, blending mindfulness, movement, and evidence-based strategies to help patients understand what their bodies are telling them. She believes healing happens when people feel seen, supported, and in control of their journey.

She’s especially passionate about helping people feel safe and confident in their bodies again and supporting more pleasurable, pain-free intimacy. Her care is trauma-informed, inclusive, and LGBTQ+ friendly, creating a space where every patient feels welcomed and respected.

When she’s not in the clinic, you can find Anna on her yoga mat, at a live show, or riding her motorcycle.

Lincoln Elliott, OTD

Dr. Lincoln (she/her) is an occupational therapist specializing in prenatal and postpartum care, breast cancer recovery, and bladder dysfunction. She holds her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (OTD) and is a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES).

Lincoln’s care is guided by dignity, collaboration, and listening. She meets each patient where they are, starting every session with a check-in about what matters most that day. Her treatment combines education, movement, and hands-on care to help patients better understand their bodies and regain confidence in daily life.

With her background in occupational therapy, Lincoln focuses on helping people return to the routines and activities that make life work. She chose pelvic health after seeing how often people are told to “just live with” pain or leaking. Her goal is to change that by helping each patient feel more comfortable and capable in their body.

When she’s not in the clinic, Lincoln enjoys movie nights, trying new restaurants around Nashville, and thrifting for her next art project.

Emily Cobb, PT, DPT

Dr. Emily (she/her) is a pelvic health physical therapist who specializes in pelvic floor, orthopedic, and male pelvic floor dysfunction. She holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and advanced training in pelvic floor rehabilitation through the Herman & Wallace Institute. She draws on her background in orthopedics to take a comprehensive, whole-body approach to care.

Emily believes that meaningful results come from meeting patients where they are and treating the whole person, not just their symptoms. She takes time each session to listen, discuss changes, and build treatment plans that blend hands-on techniques, movement, and education to help patients better understand and support their bodies.

She’s passionate about helping people address concerns they may have once felt uncomfortable discussing, knowing that these conversations often lead to profound improvements in confidence and quality of life. Her care is inclusive, compassionate, and grounded in respect for every patient’s unique experience.

When she’s not in the clinic, you can find Emily outdoors hiking, running or cycling, and exploring new restaurants around Nashville.
